Teppanyaki: A Meal And A Show

Skylab is hiring!

After a hard week slaving over hot macs, we thought we deserved a treat and ventured out for a bit of Japanese cuisine at Sopporo Teppenyaki on Liverpool Road in Manchester.

The night started out at Cask. A great little pub just down the road with an excellent selection of beers to grease the wheels ready for a sumptuous feed.

Greeted by friendly staff we were sat around the hotplate and awaited the arrival of our personal chef. All our meals were prepared in front of our very eyes with some dazzling displays of knife skills, fire explosions and food throwing (some of which we had to catch in our mouths!).

We would definitely recommend a visit, a great culinary experience’
